FOSSIL CAMPOUT VENDOR FORM May 22 – May 25, 2026 ______________________________________________ Pre-register by April 30th. There are limited vendor spaces available. Vendors will not be admitted to the site prior to 9 a.m. Thursday May 21st. We will be waiving the vendor fee and only ask that you pay the event entry fee for each person that you bring in. The event entry fee is $50 for Abate members and $60 for non-members. The event entry fee includes a 12x12 space. Additional space is $20 for an extra 12x12 area.
You are responsible for a $100 clean-up deposit which will be returned when your area is inspected.
All Food Vendors are responsible for permits, licenses, and city, state or county fees applicable to their businesses.
Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment needed to conduct business. Tables, chairs, power source and etc. are the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors using generators must use sound-deadening boards. This is a courtesy to other vendors and campers. No solicitation is allowed in camping areas. No electricity will be provided. Potable water is available on site.
Disposal of garbage into the provided dumpster is the responsibility of the vendor. Garbage bags will be available at the information booth.
A.B.A.T.E. of Oregon, Inc. will not be held responsible for any aspect of your business. There is no guarantee of attendance – attendance volume is subject to weather.
